I will be reviewing my experience of the service I have received here today using my social media accounts, for your information; I find it dispicable that as a loyal customer you would find it acceptable to charge me for a cash deposit in one of your branches. I also found the telephone service I recieved whilst enquiring about this issue to be inpersonal, abrasive and not to the standards of service I have come to expect from your institution. I shall be considering my financial options in the future and I dont feel that I can go forward with VR Bank.
